Ok so this is Elder KC Hansen's Blog. I will update everyone each time I get a letter to keep everyone up to date with how KC is doing and how he is feeling and what he is experiencing!! He left our family on Nov. 6th 2013. Here is a picture of his 3 favorite people in the world, his brothers. We took our last family trip to Hawaii before he left and loved every minute of it. This picture is in front of the LDS Honolulu Temple. GORGEOUS!!  He is in the MTC for about 5 weeks fine tuning his spanish to serve in the Rosario, Argentina mission. He will serve there for 2 years teaching the people of Argentina about the gospel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We are so proud of him and miss him like crazy but couldn't be prouder that he is willing to put college on hold and give up 2 years of his life for his Father in Heaven and to serve others as Jesus Christ did. A good friend gave me a plaque that I love which says:

                                         "Missionary. (noun)
                                          Someone who leaves their Family
                                          for a short time, so that others may
                                          be with their families for
                                          Eternity!!"

I love it!! It helps me be proud instead of being selfish and sad when I think of how much I miss him. I am really bad at computers so please be patient with me. My boys laugh at me all the time. Also I am going to add some of our private letters sometimes to keep a record for KC for the future of things we talked about as a family.  I hope you enjoy following his experiences as much as I do!! Here goes!! I love you KC!!
